Delivery Policy

This policy here in lists out the delivery services and the proceedings we offer to the customers. There are several product categories of being sold in this platform, the policy and proceedings for each would differ and are mentioned below.

 

Our Deliveries

Our deliveries are carried out in coordination with inhouse team. We provide free, door step delivery service to all addresses within Male’ and Hulhumale’. On selected categories of products, after applying a pre-specified rate based on the weight of the products; door step delivery is done nation wide as well. The categories are as follows:

 

Delivery Acceptance

As a means of confirming, that the products have been received, a signature is required on the provided documentation by the staff. The product is to be accepted by the customer who provided the order or an assigned third party by the customer, at the delivery address. This could be either a digital signature or an inked out one. Ashiroid shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred to the product once the delivery has been confirmed.

 

Product Return Policy

In the unlikely event that the purchased product is received incorrectly, or is defective, the customer could request for a return or exchange of the product. The return could be requested via email sales@ashiroid.com ..

Exchanges can only be made for goods of equal value, or as part payment for higher valued goods. No partial refund could be provided as such exchanges will not be permitted for lower priced items.

In case of defective items, Please call +960 7303335. Any products which are used or not in the condition in which it was delivered, shall not be Ashiroid accepted
